In Synaps Manager, an app streamlines your custom verification flow, promoting team collaboration and providing developers with tools for seamless integration.

Upon creation, your application will be initialized in Sandbox mode by default. While operating in this mode, each session verification result will be triggered by the developer.

  1. Go to Synaps Manager
  2. Click on Create new app in the left-hand navigation bar
  3. Choose a name for your application and define whether it's for KYB or KYC
    1. KYC (Know Your Customer) - Pick this one if you want to verify only physical person. You will be able to build a verification flow based on multiple steps such as ID Document, Proof of Address, Phone, Email and Liveness.
    2. KYB (Know Your Business) - Pick this one if you want to verify only business entities. It will generate a standard and compliant KYB flow. It will requires Corporate Information, Corporate Legal Documents, Legal Representative verification and Ultimate Beneficial Owner(s) verification.
  4. Add your collaborators by folding in their email address and assigning them a role
  5. Congratulations! You've successfully created your app and are now on the dashboard!
